UV Ray's Discovery
UV Rays where first discovered in 1801. When a German physicist Johann Wilhelm Ritter he discovered UV Rays while he was conducting experiments on silver chloride. He saw that the silver chloride absorbed a light that was faster than usual violet light. That is why it is called Ultra Violet which means beyond violet.
